I just have no words to describe this photo expedition. In one of my trips to Norway I shared hide with an excellent Norwegian photographer and friend Tom Dyring. During the long hours waiting in the hide we spoke about our future plans on where to go. He told me about Svalbard as a really stunning place and put me in contact with Ole. I never thought in this place before.
I have to say that after travelling through different continents and different ecosystems this is the most amazing place I have ever been. Its so different to any other place that you just get engaged to it once you see the first ice. Having said that, its also critical the way that you go and the people with whom you share this trip. The experience that Ole has in the area as well as his superb photographic skills is a guarantee for an excellent photo expedition and guaranteed results. He perfectly knows what you are looking for. Great guy, lot of fun and 19,000 photos was the result of this two week expedition.
As said before, for me this was an amazing trip that I strongly recommend to anyone who is seriously interested in wildlife photography.
